Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Orgona Flowers. By using our website, or purchasing our services and products, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our terms, conditions, and disclaimers. We encourage you to review all the information provided on this page to fully understand our terms of service policies. By completing a purchase on this website, you also agree to the terms and conditions associated with the transaction.
Refund Policy
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund/replacement.
If there is an issue with your item, please email us at orgonaflowers@gmail.com with a photo and a short explanation and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If the item has been damaged in shipping, it's important that we have photographic evidence so we can either make a claim through our courier provider or make improvements to our packing system.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be sent back in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
In the event of your purchase being damaged, defective, or incorrectly received we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement to you, if that is the decided course of action.
We do not provide refunds for products, based on flower/foliage characteristics or due to a change of mind.
Please note
(!) Dried florals are fragile and must be handled with care. We take all care possible to package your items, however, it is normal for a few small pieces to dislodge during shipping.
(!) Please note that all sizes on the website are approximate sizes and there might be a slight difference between different bunches/blooms of the same products
(!) We do not refund for any natural variations in size, colour, and shape between the item you receive and the photos on our website or social media pages.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Orgona Flowers ("we") collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from this site. By using this site, you consent to our privacy policy.
We acquire personal information from you only when you knowingly and voluntarily offer it (for example, when you place an order using our online store or when you email us).
We only utilise information voluntarily provided for the intended reasons. We will request personal information from you, including your name and email address, when you place an order.
We share your information with third parties, such as our online platform Shopify, (you can read about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy), as well as couriers, payment processors, etc., so that your order can be processed efficiently.
Shipping Policy
We ship across New Zealand using NZ Post. Your items are wrapped carefully, to ensure they are in good condition, using recycled packaging whenever possible.
We charge a flat packaging & postage rate of $12.00 for North Island and packaging and postage rate of $18.00 for South Island. Once your item has been shipped, you can expect it to arrive in approximately 2-3 day within the North Island and approximately
3-4 days for the South Island.
Rural delivery is an additional $5.00.
(!) Please note, that Orgona Flowers cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery, as once NZ Post has possession of your parcel, it is out of our control.

we will post them to this page and revise the policy modification date below.
